1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on jihost, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the jihost platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

jihost reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jihost platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) registered account on jihost. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jihost or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.

jihost reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering for a jihost account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jihost account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify jihost immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

jihost will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jihost that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jihost shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your jihost account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jihost platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jihost supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Verification: jihost may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jihost platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Processing Times: Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals are processed subject to verification requirements and may take up to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting jihost support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

jihost reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected irregular activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jihost offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all jihost bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

• jihost's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jihost platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes conducted by trained dealers.
• jihost does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jihost will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jihost shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. jihost reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical error.
• jihost reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jihost platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one jihost account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jihost staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jihost platform or its underlying software.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jihost platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the exclusive property of jihost or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jihost platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jihost platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on jihost content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the jihost platform without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jihost intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.

10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jihost, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jihost platform.

jihost's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jihost account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jihost platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination and Account Closure

jihost reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, jihost reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by you for reasons unrelated to any breach, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request the closure of your jihost account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jihost in good faith and attempt to resolve the dispute through our internal complaints process. jihost will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jihost reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jihost will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the jihost platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
